JAQC is a WhatsApp assistant that shops groceries, books services and checks ride fares for you on store websites, using your own store accounts. You approve every bill and pay the store yourself.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number and the messages, photos and voice notes you send us.
• Shopping preferences you tell us (brands, sizes, usual items, diet) so we don't ask again.
• Your saved delivery addresses.
• Records of carts we built and orders you approved: items, totals, status.
• The login session for a store you connect. We never see or store your one-time codes (OTPs) or passwords in chat; you type them on the store's own page.

How we use it

Only to do what you ask: find products, build carts, show you the bill, place the order you approve, and remember your preferences. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Meta (WhatsApp) carries the messages.
• AI model providers (Z.ai, with OpenRouter as a fallback) read your messages and the store pages to understand your request.
• TypeSafe sees store page screenshots to judge what a button does and to pick product label photos. It never sees your chat.
• Remote browser services (Browser Use, with Cloudflare as a fallback) open store websites for you, signed in as you.
• A web search service (Tavily) gets the product or place names we look up, never your number or address.
• The stores themselves (Swiggy Instamart and others) receive your order and address, under their own policies.

How long we keep it

Preferences and addresses stay until you ask us to delete them. Order records are kept for up to 12 months. Store login sessions end when you disconnect or the store logs you out. Service logs, which can include your messages, are deleted after 7 days.

Deleting your data

Use “Delete everything” under Account on the website, message us on WhatsApp “delete my data”, or email nachiram03@gmail.com from any address with your WhatsApp number. We delete your preferences, addresses, order records and store sessions within 7 days and confirm when done.

Terms

• You must be 18 or older and use your own store accounts.
• Nothing is ordered or paid without your approval in chat; you pay the store directly by UPI, or, when a store has no UPI and you say yes to it, by Pay on Delivery.
• Prices, stock and delivery come from the stores; we report what their pages show and can't guarantee them.
• The service is provided as is, during a free beta, and may change or stop.
